Quality assurance
We take a multidimensional approach to defining quality.
Good quality depends to a large extent on medical results. The data of the medical results, such as complication rates, are regularly published transparently in quality reports on health portals.
Another dimension of quality is patient safety, which is constantly being improved as part of the clinical risk management process.
Our staff and patients can use reporting systems that make it easier to report, correct and prevent errors.
Furthermore, hospital hygiene in combination with regular inspections and staff training ensures a high level of patient safety.
Finally, the individual experience of our patients with all aspects of their hospitalization and treatment represents a third dimension
of the quality. Systematic patient surveys or evaluation and complaint management are the source of important findings.
