Great connective tissue, but a flat bottom? ? In this case, the Brazilian butt lift can use your own fat to conjure up a round and shapely bottom. If the buttocks are sagging due to weight loss or the natural aging process, excess skin and fat on the buttocks can be removed with a buttock lift. An additional liposuction can remove possible saddlebags or narrow the waist and thus bring a great overall picture.
Before the operation
For the Brazilian butt lift, fat is first suctioned off. To do this, tumescent fluid is introduced into the affected part of the body to loosen the fat cells. Once the fat cells have been removed, they can be suctioned out through small incisions in the skin using cannulas. After that, this fat is transplanted and modeled in the buttocks. A tightening involves the removal of fatty tissue and skin from the affected area.
Operation
After the operation, the affected part of the body is protected by a compression girdle, which should be worn for 4 weeks. For the first few days after the operation, the affected area may feel a little numb and you may experience muscle soreness and bruising from the liposuction. Physical activities should be avoided for 7-14 days depending on the body part and the extent of the operation. The complete result of the treatment can be seen after about 3 months.

Career
After completing his medical studies at the University of Kiel, Dr. Bönke initially worked there and completed basic surgical training in cardiac and vascular surgery at the Schleswig-Holstein University Hospital in Kiel. In 2015, he then switched to the clinic for plastic and hand surgery with a center for severe burns at the St. Georg Hospital in Leipzig. In 2017 he followed Prof. Dragu to the University Hospital in Dresden, where he played a key role in founding the Department of Plastic and Hand Surgery, where he most recently worked as senior physician. Since 2023 Dr. Bönke leads together with Prof. Dr. Said the Institute for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Glückstadt Hospital.
Since 2015 Dr. Bönke works exclusively in plastic and aesthetic surgery. In addition to the reconstruction and restoration of the body shape using free tissue transfer and hand surgery, he specialized in body shaping and tightening operations after weight loss.
Dr. Bönke is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery and a member of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC). He also has an additional qualification in hand surgery.
