The International Patient Center is the central point of contact for international patients. Patients who have decided to undergo medical treatment in our hospital.
The International Patient Center supports patients who are not registered in Germany and do not have European health insurance with all organizational requirements for treatment in our hospital.
We always offer our patients assistance with inquiries about treatment, arranging appointments, preparing medical reports in different languages, obtaining visas, arranging interpreters, all travel arrangements and accommodating family members and companions.
Our employees ensure individual support and the best possible service before and during your entire stay.

Our modern hospital is located in the middle of the natural town of Glückstadt on the edge of the metropolitan region of Hamburg, which means that the hospital can be reached quickly from Hamburg Airport.
Patient suites with a size of 30 – 120 sqm should reflect the character of a 5-star hotel and remind less of a classic hospital. Furthermore, lounges with upscale furnishings, washrooms with marble fittings and bed linen made of the finest Egyptian cotton ensure a feel-good atmosphere. The stay in and around the hospital ensures physical and mental well-being.
